Welcome to Villa KK in Padua, where you could spend some fantastic holiday days in total relax, sourrended by the green suburbs of Padua.

In an graceful house just restored, easy to reach from the highway (Padua west exit is far about 5 km), 15 minutes by bike from the center city and just 40 minutes by train from Venice, on the road of the famous spa resorts of Abano Terme and Montegrotto Terme in the Euganean Hills (special area for fantastic walks, bike tours and wine tours in the many wineries of these locations), just a few meters from the   Bacchiglione river (great for doing kayak tours), Villa KK offers modern rooms with private bathroom.

The house has a small tidy garden where cars can be parked inside.

villa kk padovaThe rooms are bright with large windows and natural oak floors. Elegantly furnished, the rooms are all equipped with amenities including free Wi-fi, air conditioning, underfloor heating and balconies.

Each room is complete with wardrobe, cotton sheets, duvets and fluffy towels in the season.

The bathrooms are modern, functional and complete with every comfort including a hairdryer and underfloor heating. Do not miss the rain showers and the luxury extra large cabin.

canoeThe house is located a few meters far from the Bacchiglione river, where on demand, guided kayak tours can be reserved (cost 50 Euro).

On request we organize kayak trips to Venice, Mantova, Treviso and to the Venetian lagoon.

You could choose also from several jogging routes and the Brentelle sports center is just 10 minutes walk where you could enjoy the rock climbing, archery, use the BMX track or just read a book in its relaxing green garden.

How to reach us

Villa KK is located in the south west of Padua (Brusegana-Tencarola area) just 5 minutes by bus / car from the center of Padova (click the image to open the map) in the direction of Abano Terme and the Euganean Hills

By car – From the A4 motorway (Milano-Venezia), exit Padova Ovest, take the ring towards the city center and then take exit number 5 (direction Selvazzano – Colli Euganei).

For those coming from the A13 motorway (Bologna-Padova), exit Padova Sud, continue on the ring in the direction of Trento-Bassano until exit no.5

Public transport – from Padua Railway station with bus  n. 6 or n.12 (every 15 minutes) bus stop at “Leonardo da Vinci” school.

On demand private shuttle service is available to and from Padova Railway Station and from the airports of Venice, Treviso, Verona and Bologna.
